Students will obtain a minimum of 10 approved observation hours of live and recorded speech-language pathology and audiology services. Weekly class meetings will discuss the communication disorders and assessment/treatment activities observed. ASHA Code of Ethics, HIPAA procedures, and observer requirements (e.g., background checks, TB screen) will be conducted. Prerequisites: SPPA 1010.
